Prioritising Mental Health at AssuredPartners

Fostering a Healthy Workplace Culture

At AssuredPartners UK and Ireland, we understand that our greatest asset is our people, this is why we prioritise mental health.

We are committed to creating a workplace where mental health is supported. Here’s how we’re taking proactive steps to assess and enhance our mental health framework:

Crafting a Mental Health Policy

We believe that a strong mental health policy is essential for promoting well-being in the workplace. That’s why we’re developing a comprehensive policy that will serve as a guiding document for employees and management.

Raising Awareness through Lunch and Learn Sessions

We’re dedicated to fostering a culture of open dialogue and understanding around mental health. That’s why we organise ‘Lunch and Learn’ sessions focusing on mental health topics, with a particular emphasis on suicide prevention. These sessions provide valuable insights, tools, and resources for our employees to recognise warning signs, offer support to colleagues, and access help when needed.

Access to Peppy for Comprehensive Support

All of our employees have access to Peppy, an app connecting you to trusted information and real human experts for free, personalised, and confidential support. We believe in providing accessible resources for mental health support to our employees and their partners. That’s why we’ve partnered with Peppy, offering a platform for courses and events to manage various aspects of mental health. Whether it’s coping with anxiety, boosting self-esteem, or addressing negative thoughts, Peppy’s offerings empower individuals to take control of their mental well-being. Having access to the right support at the right time can be a lifeline.
