AssuredPartners UK & Ireland Team
Our most highly prized asset is our people. Whether part of the original team, hired as part of our organic growth, or having joined as part of an acquisition, we are extremely proud of the talent upon which we can draw. There are over 8,000 people across AssuredPartners as a group, with the UK operation employing around 350 staff in various offices and subsidiaries across the UK & Ireland.
David Heathfield
Chief Executive Officer
David has been the CEO since the inception of the UK operation. Leading the UK group’s strategic focus and direction, David is deeply involved in all acquisitions. David is a qualified Solicitor and has particular expertise in the area of asset management insurance.
Lisa Wenborne
Head of Operations
Lisa’s responsibilities include onboarding new acquisitions to the AssuredPartners UK and European operational framework and providing ongoing guidance to existing partners. She is also responsible for overseeing IT and Systems development, Compliance, Human Resources and Marketing for the AssuredPartners London business ensuring these areas run efficiently.
Paul Casey
Head of Acquisitions & Intergration
Paul is an experienced M&A professional and brings a wealth of experience to support the ongoing growth of AssuredPartners. Paul has been instrumental in putting in place the necessary structures to drive forward acquisitions, as well as implementing solid integration plans to ensure AssuredPartners can smoothly bring new companies on board.
Renzo Procaccini
Chief Information Officer
Renzo is a senior technology executive with a diverse background acquired living in three continents, working across industries and holding a variety of functional roles. Renzo has extensive experience driving transformational change in order to support the next stage of the company’s growth.
Stuart Quilter
Chief Financial Officer
Stuart is an entrepreneurial and uniquely versatile Finance Director who has led the UK acquisition process since joining AssuredPartners in 2016. Stuart has vast experience supporting, driving and evolving financial services businesses and has been instrumental in the development of the AssuredPartners UK operation.
Sean Gough
Chief Operating Officer
Sean has over 35 years’ experience in the insurance industry and works closely with new acquisitions ensuring smooth onboarding to the AssuredPartners UK and European Compliance and Operational framework and providing ongoing guidance to existing partners. Sean has attained his ACII (Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute) qualifications and the title Chartered Insurance Practitioner.
Jack Clements
Head of Compliance
Jack joins us from regulatory consultants RWA Group and will be engaging with the regions to work with and support the business regarding all aspects of the regulatory framework. His work will complement the work done within the individual compliance functions across the AP group.
Lucy El-Aawar
Head of Human Resources
Lucy has 12 years of HR experience across different sectors and is a member of the CIPD. Lucy will be working with the UK & Ireland management teams to ensure an efficient HR service that adds value to the business and its team members.
Sarah Winter
Head of Tax
Sarah is a tax professional with many years of experience both within accountancy practice and in house tax teams, most recently starting a tax function for a global business. Sarah has significant experience in UK and international tax matters, including corporate taxes, VAT and employment taxes, together with tax reporting requirements for multinational groups.
Jo Andrews
Marketing and Communications Director
After the successful acquisition of Hettle Andrews, Jo Andrews has joined the AP UK&I team as Marketing and Communications Director. Jo Andrews is committed to driving innovation, brand growth, and creating authentic connections. Her passion for the industry makes her an invaluable asset to AssuredPartners.
Jon Hettle
Strategic Development Director
After the successful acquisition of Hettle Andrews, Jon Hettle was appointed to Strategic Development Director – AP Regions and will manage the strategic partner relationships in the UK retail divisions together with the roll-out of specialist verticals in the UK.
